If management of Thundering Surf observes that the guest is causing a nuisance or is endangering the safety of him/herself or other guests in the park, management has the right and obligation to ask said person to exit the park immediately. Management also has the right and obligation to confiscate any individual’s season pass if any of Thundering Surf’s rules and policies is not obeyed. |
